Returns and Cancellations

• Due to the bespoke nature of the products, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of them being placed. In such cases, a full refund will be given.

• We offer a full refund or replacement if the wording/font style/colour or size of plaque differs from that detailed on your order confirmation.

• We take every precaution to ensure your sign arrives in perfect condition. However, occasionally damage may occur in transit. If this is the case, please notify us upon receipt of your sign and email a photograph, highlighting the damage incurred. We will then send you a like-for-like replacement at no extra cost to yourself.



• Our standard lead/delivery time from order to despatch is 3 weeks. However, this can vary during our busy periods. We will notify you when your order has been despatched.

• Delivery it to the UK mainland only at the present time.

• Delivery charges are as follows:
• House sign – £0.00
• Number sign – £0.00
• To minimize damage and ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, all signs are packaged separately. If you choose to purchase multiple orders, they will be packaged separately and a delivery charge will be applied to each.

• We will notify you via email when your order has been despatched.

• The carrier will carry out a maximum of two delivery attempts.
